Esse \u00edndice registrou um <strong>aumento de 1,1%<\/strong> no pre\u00e7o anunciado do metro quadrado em abril. \u00c9 a maior alta desde julho do ano passado, quando o indicador come\u00e7ou a ser calculado.<\/p>\n<p>A alta nos <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">im\u00f3veis em Curitiba<\/span> foi o principal fator que impulsionou o bom desempenho do \u00edndice no \u00faltimo m\u00eas, com um aumento de <strong>3,2%<\/strong>, seguido por Recife (1,5%) e Florian\u00f3polis (1,4%). A \u00fanica cidade a registrar queda nos pre\u00e7os neste m\u00eas foi Fortaleza, onde o metro quadrado anunciado recuou 0,2%.
